Dr. Cynthia Guadalupe Webber is the current principal of Saginaw High School in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD.

Dr. Webber has 19 years of experience serving students in Texas public schools, with the last 10 years in school administration at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Prior to EMS ISD, she served as the inaugural principal of Leo Adams Middle School in Northwest ISD.

Originally from New York City, Dr. Webber began her career at a high school in Fort Worth where she taught Algebra 1 and provided students with college and career guidance. She spent 16 years serving the families of Northwest ISD and the last two years serving the families of Saginaw, TX. Prior experience includes teaching early childhood and dual language at the elementary level, as well as serving as a campus interventionist and district ESL instructional coach. She has also served as assistant principal at Byron Nelson High School and principal at Haslet Elementary School.

Dr. Webber received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University in 2018, her Master’s in Special Education from Texas Christian University in 2007, and her Bachelor’s in Sociology from Rice University in 2003.

During her free time, Dr. Webber enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their two boys, Elijah and Stephen. When not at school, she can usually be found in the stands cheering her boys on in baseball, basketball, and football.
