Mesquite ISD principal named finalist for H-E-B Excellence in Education Award

Shaw Elementary School Principal Kim Bañuelos was surprised Wednesday morning when she received a special visit from the Mesquite ISD superintendent Angel Rivera and H-E-B staff.
